Ok....I'm revisiting an old challenge of no sugar.
I've been home now for 4 days, recovering.... and I've managed to consume a small container of vegan raw chocolate ice cream, 1/2 of a small container of mint chocolate ice cream, 1/4 of a very small cake (but racked up about 450 calories with that), a small container of peach sorbet and now there are brownies in the house. And I'm not working out.
I went from being GOOD to downright binging!
I know many of you might say that this is what happens when you deprive yourself... but honestly, I wasn't deprived.
It's time I admit it... I'm a sugar addict. It is the FDA's legalized version of CRACK.
So while still on my road to recovery, I've decided to swear off sugar.
I can't wait to be able to drive so I can go to the store! And I did have my best friend chop up garlic for me today in hopes of having stir fried bok choy tomorrow....
No more sugar. For Six weeks. And I will reward myself with a new shirt. A new shirt for pure celebration. This will put me at July 22. How hard can this be??
On the no sugar list:
Baked goods.
Ice cream
Sorbet.
Sodas (any kind).
candy.
On the list:
fruit
fruit
fruit
Not a bad time of year to take the challenge. Anyone want to join?
