To yank her or not?

Girl tells your child on a daily basis that if you don't do what she wants, she won't be your friend.
Same Girl tells your child her clothes are stupid.
Same Girl uses foul language.
Your child comes home daily telling you this stuff.
Two other parents complain.

Boy tells your child he will kill her father.
Boy uses "shut up" and "shut your mouth". Darling Daughter comes home and tests these new words on you.
Boy socks multiple kids, including your own.

Teacher tells you, "Oh, you can go talk to his mother." Sorry?
Teacher (morning) does not supervise and does not witness boy hitting the girl above.

Director says she's talked to both parents and is inclined to have them taken out of school. I'm just terribly concerned that this will continue to happen. We found another Montessori and we both like it so we're moving probably next week. It's the closest I've come to feeling good since we came from Texas.

Your kids' school condones violence, try that on them and see what they do. I think, based on all my experience, that you cannot talk to the other parent because you shouldn't know who they are. Incident reports usually say things like, "other child." And if director & management won't take your complaint seriously, child services will on your way out.
