Week 1 of no sugar!

I made it not only one week of no sugar, but one week of not eating horribly.

I had 3 handfuls of Annies Organic Cheddar bunnies yesterday at snack...

Today it was french toast sticks sandwiched with peanut butter. Man, those things are dense, almost like bricks!

Tonight I made dinner in the crockpot... chicken breast, cream of mushroom soup, extra mushrooms and some goat milk yogurt.... should make a nice gravy! Think I'll roast some squash too.
