Are you Amazing???

Today on my run, I hit a wall of "I don't want to run." A dear friend even played "Amazing" for me before the run.

My response was typical... "I know I'm amazing. I just don't want to run."

I got 3 miles in with 2 min walking. Then did a pyramid of sprints. Walked a bit more and then done. Not bad for really not wanting to run at all.

And that's it for running this week! Tomorrow is weight circuit, Friday is tennis and Saturday is Cross Fit.
