One of the things I've missed about Colorado, apart from the beeeUtiful mountains is a great place to take the kids for an easy dinner. We would make the 25 minute trek to the nearest town just for some Noodles.

I admired your tasty rice krispy treats. I admired your Mac N Cheese for the Unit.
I wasn't particularly fond of the beef Stroganoff once I found out how caloric you were (Nathan's favorite).
My absolute fave is the Med Salad.
I'm sure the prices have gone up up and away... and given the state of the economy now, I'm sure we won't be able to visit you more than once a month.... but WelCome all the same!
