October 9 morning with Sydney

Like clockwork, she starts yelling "MOM" at 6:45 a.m. I walk upstairs to get her dressed and she's decided she has to wear the dress she wore yesterday. "Daddy said I am beautiful in it." Which he told her just that last night. He loves this dress on her.

While we were eating cereal, she said something really cute. She was telling me how she felt bad Daddy was so sick and she made him feel better after sharing her cookies with him. They were circle with chocolate chips and make daddy feel better.

I told her she was so precious. "NO, I'm Daddy's precious."

"Well, you can be my precious too."

Sydney pondered that for a moment, "Ummm ok. I'm Daddy's PUMPKIN."

She has to be something special to Daddy.
