Potty training

Potty training has been interesting. The Pee part came pretty easily, but the poop was another story.

We finally got Sydney to pee on the toilet using M&M's. She gets 3 each time she goes, not tries, but actually hear a tinkle come out of her.

M&M's wasn't working for poop. Then I tried presents... that didnt' work either. It finally took a firm hand with the daycare provider, getting her around other kids that are pooping and finally putting her back into pull-ups and telling her that it's her decision, but she can't go into panties until she poops on the toilet. Took one day and we had poop at school. Still working on the house poop.

OH... and then the last thing to work on is getting her to go on her own, without reminding. I had my first experience of that this morning... along with a major poop at daycare... I'm so proud of Sydney and hope she feels the same way. Kiddo got frozen yogurt and M&M's tonight for dinner.
